There are three class rooms with modern audio-visual facilities, each of which has the accommodation for 40-50 participants, Besides, two syndicate rooms are equally equipped with modern facilities, each of which having the capacity of 40-50 persons. There is a big seminar room with audio-visual facilities which can accommodate 60-70 participants for holding seminar /workshop. A fully equipped film-show room may be used for enhanced attraction of training and seminars /workshop

The ITC has residential facilities for trainees/participants. Exquisitely designed double-seated rooms are full furnished and equipped with modern

facilities,. like refrigerator, television, telephone, etc. Some rooms are attached with kitchenette. The ITC is fully equipped with kitchen facilities to provide food for residential participants and for seminar and workshop participants, A computer laboratory with internet connection also offers facilities for global communication network for the participants.

As the ITC is a part of BPATC, it enjoys all the facilities of the Centre.

There is a swimming pool and a jogging track of 2.5 km around the campus with trees and flowers on both sides.

Adequate facilities are available for playing both out door and indoor games like tennis, football, volleyball, basket ball, chess etc. 

A modern indoor games hall/gymnasium is an object of extra attraction. BPATC's library has rich collection of books, journals, periodicals numbering 100,000 books mainly in public administration and other development fields. Morever, it has a well organized journal section with journals and periodicals from home and abroad. This is suitable for conductiong research works. The library also offers bibliographical information service.

AVR Section
The Audio-visual and reproduction unit of the libray is equipped with latest international AVR equipment to provide technological support in the academic sessions. Two modern Language Laboratories are equipped to provide all sorts of audio support for language learning and computer facilities.

Library Facility

The Centre owns one of the richest libraries in Bangladesh in the field of Public Administration, Management and Development Economics. The three storied beautiful library building housed in over 38,000 square feet space has a collection of 1,00,000 volumes of books, journals and periodicals. It procures 49 journals (19 foreign and 30 local) through exchange arrangements. It receives 160 journals from local and foreign agencies (89 local and 71 foreign). This library is a depository of the World Bank publications and it receives all the publications of the Bank regularly. The library can accommodate more than 200 users at a time. Books Catalog
