Dissemination Seminar
In the project activity, several seminars are organized to disseminate project outcomes for the policy level and implementation level.
- On February 2008, a DS was organized focusing on presenting 3 cases of individual kaizen action plans set by the 2nd short course participants.
On 12th February 2008, a dissemination seminar was organized by inviting about 100 government officials including secretaries and DGs of various ministries. The main achievement of the Project activities in 2007, which are three Kaizen Action Plans were and implementation, were presented by the selected participants of the 2nd Short Course on Improving Public Service through TQM.
Presentation of Action Plan
- Disposal of Mutation Cases in Mirzapur Union Land Office within Stipulated Time by Md. Kamur Hasan, Assistant Commissioner (Land), Sherpur, Bogra.
- Improving the Firearms License Issue System by Mr. Ahmed Ullah, Senior Assistant Commissioner, Office of the DeputyCommissioner, Cox’s Bazar.
- Realization of Loan by Mr. Morshed Alam, Upazila Rural Development Officer, Kalashia, Gaziour.
- On February 2009, a DS was organized to discuss the way forward of the Project.
On 14th February 2009, the dissemination seminar was held at the Sheraton Hotel and chaired by Mr. Md. Abdus Salam Khan, Rector, BPATC inviting a chief guest, Mr. H.T.Imam, Honorable Adviser to the Prime Minister. The seminar aimed to inform top-level policies makers of the content of the project and the lessons learned. About 100 government officials were participated in the DS.
