Model Project
| The Project has supported BPATC to implement model projects.
The model project is to demonstrate the practical application of
the TQM concept, methodology and techniques in improving the delivery of quality services.

Within BPATC
- Improving BPATC Cafeteria (handed over to BPATC on the October, 2008)
The model project evidenced the improvement on the satisfaction level of utilizing the cafeteria by the 60th & 61st ACAD course participants.
- “May I help you Sir?” to train class 3 and 4 staff of BPATC. This individual action plan waits for an approval of the Rector
Outside BPATC
The project is under consideration of the two model projects outside the BPATC, having informal discussion with PIO.
- “Improvement of Cleanliness in Primary School restrooms at Dhamrai Upazila, Dhaka” by Ms. Most. Jyosna Khatun, UEO from 5th short Course on IPS-TQM.
- “Tumely Distribution of Aged Allowance at Fukuruhari, Union, Staturia Upazila in Manikgunj District by Mr. Mojammed Rezaur Rhaman, Upazila Social Welfare Offcicers from the 4th Short Course onIPS-TQM.
