Core Course Module Development
The Project has technically supported BPATC to develop TQM modules and to incorporate the modules into the four level of BPATC. The followings are outlines of the modules;
- TQM in FTC Course
The purpose of the TQM is the FTC is to familiarize the participants with its concept, principles and language of improving the delivery of quality service in offer to “delight” clients
- TQM in Advanced Course on Administration and Development (ACAD)
department level managers (deputy secretary) in motivating their staff to decrease wastes and inefficiencies and increase quality service delivery in order to fulfill their Citizen’s Charter
- Senior Staff Course (SSC) and Policy Planning and Management (PPM)
The TQM module in the SSC and PPM course is to provide senior managers (join secretary) the management tools for improving the quality service performance)
